Toom-ah? What Stinkin’ Toom-ah!

Welcome to the show everyone. I hope you are all well!
My guest today is the author of the popular brain tumor blog Toom-ah? What Stinkin’ Toom-ah! She’s a committed cancer advocate and fundraiser.
She was diagnosed on April 13th, 2010 at the age of 29, with a brain tumor the size of a tennis ball. The tumor was classified as an infiltrating /diffuse astrocytoma, a type of glioma.
Several days later an awake craniotomy was performed, with follow-up emergency surgery shortly thereafter. After the tumor resection it was discovered that a new tumor was growing.
Another tumor resection was performed in October 2012. Since then, she has endured five years of newcastle virus and dendrite cell therapy.
